What time is this virtual retreat? 

This is a five and a half hour, three part workshop over three days. Times (and conversions) are listed above.

 What are the times and sessions is the Peaceful Paper Education Friday Workbox® V-Retreat?

This is a 2 part Planning & Group Co-Working Session that will be guided and led by Sheri to help you complete your career planning and preparation for the upcoming school year. This workshop is for Educators, Administrators, and Homeschool Leaders. We will meet on three Mondays for a total of 5 hours.

During the V-Retreat, you will have a HIPAA certified, Paper Solutions® Certified Organizer present for any document retention questions. Sheri is an educator with two decades of experience as a classroom teacher, software and 1:1 device instructor, team lead, and curriculum coach.  Sheri loves encouraging, uplifting, and motivating fellow educators. Sheri is certified with the Education and Business Friday Workbox® systems, and is a former Education Community Support Team Lead with Organize 365®. She is also Professional Member of NAPO who holds specialist certificates in Team Productivity, Workplace Productivity, Household Management, and Residential Organizing, and will adhere to NAPO's strict code of ethics. 

What is an Education Friday Workbox® Planning V-Retreat?

A paper organizing virtual planning retreat is designed to give you 5 hours of focused time to organize your actionables, files, and papers for your academic year.  We are setting up your systems for your academic year.

(PLEASE NOTE: We will not be lesson planning; rather, we will be preparing for all the administrative behind the scenes work required for educators and administrators to execute during the academic year.) 

We will utilize a Zoom format workshop setting. 

What is included?

•HIPAA certified Professional Paper Solutions®, Retreat Trained, Education Friday Workbox® Certified Organizer to help you with organizing your academic paper projects and files 

•Our organizer is a  professional member of NAPO with specialist certificates in Team Productivity, Workplace Productivity, Residential Organizing, and Household Management

•Create checklists for your workflows, refine your goals in each area of focus with our project planning sheets

 •You can use the time to set up and refine your actionable work, permanent reference, and archive papers in your binders or files

•You can use the time to dig out from under piles and bulk paper and to set up your systems for success!

What to have ready at home or in your classroom?

•Your Education Friday Workbox® 

•Dedicated work space to spread out  (large table, card or folding table, etc.)

•Boxes, bins, and bags filled with your papers (Your papers can include: filing cabinet files,  flyers, invitations, calendars, schedules, to-do lists, receipts, coupons, papers, schedules, and classroom items)

•Daily mail and papers 

•Class rosters, caseload information, password lists, software lists, academic calendars, meeting schedules, syllabi

•Bags or boxes for trash and recycle

•Bags to hold items to shred

•Sorting trays 

•Pens, highlighter, stapler, paper or binder clips

•Binders or file folders for your reference papers

•Printables (emailed in advance)
